Bill payment locations (Including Kmart and Walmart)

Recurring Card Payments

Sign up for Recurring Card Payments to have the full amount of your monthly bill charged automatically to your Visa® or MasterCard® credit or debit card on the day your bill is generated.  Click here for more details about Recurring Card Payments.

To enroll in Recurring Card Payments:

1. Sign in.
2. Click “My Profile” tab on the top of the screen.
3. Under "My Payment Options", click the “Enroll in Autopay with Credit/Debit Card”.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Direct Pay

Sign up for Direct Pay to have the full amount of your monthly bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on your due date.

To enroll in Direct Pay:

1. Sign in.
2. Click “My Profile” tab on the top of the screen.
3. Under "My Payment Options", click the “Enroll in Autopay with Checking/Savings Account”.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you would like to enroll in Direct Pay and continue to receive a paper bill, click here and follow the instructions on the screen.

Pay Over the Net (PON)

1. To use the Pay Over the Net payment feature, sign into your eServices account. 
2. Using the "More Accounts" drop down menu, select the appropriate account.
3. Click the "View/PayBill button and follow the on-screen instructions.

HP EasyPay

Make an immediate, one-time payment to Consumers Energy with your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card or electronic check using EasyPay.  There is a convenience fee of $6.25 applied to each payment.

To make a one-time payment:

1. Online - Sign in to eServices, select the "Other Services" tab, and click “HP EasyPay”.  Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete your payment.
2. By Phone - Call toll-free (866) 329-9593. Please have your 12-digit Consumers Energy account number and the amount due when calling.
