"One of the pleasures of being president of the Consumers Energy Foundation is knowing that what we do enriches lives, communities and our state.

In 2012, we supported our promise of caring for the communities we serve by contributing $10 million to Michigan nonprofits through grants, corporate giving, and employee and retiree contributions. Added to that is the caring spirit of our employees and retirees who generously give money, time and talent to make a lasting and positive impact on communities.
