This offer is good on purchases made from July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010, or while funds are available, whichever comes first. Requests for rebates must be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase date, and cannot exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.
It's easy to apply for your rebate.
To receive your rebate, download the Consumers Energy Residential Appliance Rebate Form, fill it out completely, and then return it by mail, with all required documentation, to the address listed on the rebate form.
Rebate application must be accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt).
