The Consumers Energy Electric Customer Choice program is available to qualified customers whose total GWh electric consumption represents, in aggregate, no more than 10% of Consumers Energy's 2008 total weather adjusted retail sales. For the 2009 program year, this program cap is 3,715GWh.
