A Gift of Energy

Consumers Energy gift certificates make a great present any time of year because they’re so easy to give and to use.

A Gift of Energy from Consumers Energy is perfect for someone who needs help paying their energy bill.

They also make great gifts for:

Gift certificates never expire and can be used by Consumers Energy customers to pay electric and natural gas bills. Those receiving the gift certificates just mail them in with their monthly bill, and the amount is deducted from the bill total.

Energy gift certificates are available in the amounts of $10, $20, $25 and $50 at any Consumers Energy bill payment office. (Credit card payments aren’t accepted for gift certificates.)

You may purchase gift certificates by mail with a check or money order. (Please allow up to one week when ordering by mail.) Send requests to:

Consumers Energy
P.O. Box 30079
Lansing, Mich. 48937-0001

You can have the certificate mailed to you, or we can mail it to the person directly. The gift certificates don’t have the buyer’s name on them, so if desired, you can anonymously help someone in your family, your neighborhood or your place of worship.

Gift certificates are a practical gift for churches, service organizations and generous individuals looking to directly benefit those less fortunate. There’s no gift more helpful than a gift of a warm home.
