Ag Services

Ag Services QuiltConsumers Energy serves more farm customers than any other utility in Michigan.

Along with delivering reliable energy to run equipment and assist farm operations, we also conduct thousands of free electrical inspections and stray voltage tests each year for our farm customers.

It took years to make it a farm … it takes one call to keep it safe.  Call 811 before you dig.

As your farm operation changes and grows, so will your electrical needs.  You can help make sure your electrical system won't be overloaded by anticipating and planning for increased power demands.  New construction or renovations also give you an opportunity to install safe and efficient energy measures.

If you are in the planning, remodeling or expansion stage, please call the Agricultural Services department for recommendations at your livestock farm. Click here to see our  service area  and find your local representative.
