We are constantly upgrading the features and services we offer you. Usually those upgrades take place behind the scenes without disrupting service. But on rare occasions, the significance of our upgrades requires us to make certain services unavailable for hours or even days. We are in the middle of one of those upgrades now, with full service expected to resume at 6 a.m. Monday, October 23. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.
The services that will be unavailable during the upgrade include:

If you spot a downed wire, stay away and call 9-1-1 and 800-477-5050. If you have a natural gas emergency, get to safety and and call 9-1-1 and 800-477-5050. If you have a power outage, call us immediately at 800-477-5050.
This upgrade will also require us to close all of our Direct Payment Offices for one day - October 20.
To minimize the inconvenience of this upgrade we have shifted billing due dates so they don’t fall during this time, eliminated late payment charges during this time, and made other accommodations to soften the impact of the services that are unavailable until 6 a.m. on October 23.
