The site offers access to more than 1 GW of electricity, 6 billion cubic feet of natural gas every year, and 64 million gallons of water per day.

Electric: Distribution lines along site boundaries and 46 kV service on-site; Potential service solutions exceeding 1 gigawatt have been modeled
Natural Gas: Distribution lines along site boundaries and transmission approximately 1 mile away; Potential solutions exceeding 6.0 billion cubic feet per year have been modeled
Transportation: Close to CSX and CN rails, interstates I-75 and I-69, Flint Bishop International Airport and Detroit Metropolitan Airport
Water Service: Direct Lake Huron water line access, permitted at 64 million gallons per day (MGD)
