To limit the risk of COVID-19, Consumers Energy is not currently accepting walk-in payments at our 12 direct payment offices. Payments dropped in drop boxes will be processed same day, and receipts will be mailed to customers' homes. Change from cash transactions will be applied as bill credits. Customers are encouraged to either pay online or find another location to pay below. For additional assistance, you can call us at 1-800-477-5050 to use our automated system or speak with a representative. Please Note: Due to the current situation, some payment center store hours may vary. Please call store ahead before visiting to confirm availability.
When construction or maintenance done by CE crews or contractors affects your property, our Property Restoration Team is responsible for restoring and cleaning it up. Contact them to schedule restoration and cleanup of yards, lawns, driveways, sidewalks and roads affected by our work.
