New Business Energy Use Dashboard Coming Spring 2021

Your business deserves the best. So we’re working hard to create an all-new energy dashboard that will give you more insight and increased control over your monthly energy costs. We have phased out our previous Business Energy Dashboard to make way for a new solution in Spring 2021.

Our new energy dashboard is being designed with input from business customers, putting the energy information you need at your fingertips. It will include new features like:

  • Energy use insights customized for your business.
  • Useful suggestions on saving energy, based on how and when your business uses energy.
  • Accurate data that’s easier to understand.
  • A clean design that makes it easier to find what you’re looking for at a glance.

Here’s How to Receive Your Custom Energy Use Report in the Meantime.

We understand that you may still want to track your business energy use while the new energy dashboard is in development. Upon request, we will be glad to provide you with a monthly Energy Insights report, and a download of your usage data. You can use these reports to analyze how your business is using energy.

Give our Business Customer Care team a call to get a monthly energy report like the sample below. The process is easy:

  1. You’ll need your account number, so make sure you have it before you call
  2. Call 800-477-5050, then say “business” when prompted
  3. At the next prompt say “account”
  4. Enter your 12 digit account number and you will be transferred to a Business Specialist, who will sign you up for the monthly report and data
