Consumers Energy remains committed to the health and well being of our customers, employees and communities here in Michigan. While we temporarily suspended some of our in-home and onsite energy efficiency programs in March, we are now in the process of re-opening them so we can continue helping you save energy and money. You can be assured your safety will continue to be our priority. As a comprehensive, whole-house approach, there are a number of rebates available through the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. Your contractor will walk you through the program, explain eligible upgrades to you and submit your application - all you have to do is enjoy your comfortable home and look for your rebate check to arrive.

Please Note: Home Performance with ENERGY STAR rebates are available for Consumers Energy residential natural gas and/or electric customers. Participants must be Consumers Energy electric customers who have either electric heat or central air conditioning, or natural gas customers with central gas furnaces or gas boilers. Participant homeowners must use an active participating contractor in the Consumers Energy Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. Single-family dwellings, including condominiums and townhouses, must be individually owned and metered for natural gas and/or electricity. This offer is not valid for new additions, garages, enclosed porches, new construction homes, multiple rental units managed or owned by a third party, mobile homes or commercial properties or otherwise approved by Consumers Energy.
