That's been our experience working with The Salvation Army to administer PeopleCare, a short-term emergency aid program funded by our customers, employees, retirees and the Consumers Energy Foundation. Since 1983, more than $52 million in PeopleCare donations have helped over 340,000 Michigan families in times of sudden financial crises.
