The Interfaith Business & Employee Resource Group exists to assist our Company in becoming a corporate leader in promoting inclusion, understanding and respect for all faiths, religions and spiritual beliefs. We strive to act in accordance with our beliefs to exhibit love and kindness for all human beings and the environment as well as promote open mindedness and acceptance of all faiths including those with no faith affiliation (atheist and agnostics). We help our leadership become aware of faith-based accommodations, like time off needs or dietary and other considerations.

The Minority Advisory Panel promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion among all races and ethnic minorities through education, leadership, development and networking.
The Pride Alliance of Consumers Energy works to make our company a greater place to work by promoting and supporting an inclusive environment that is safe, supportive and respectful for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons and allies.
The Veteran’s Advisory Panel provides support for former and active military personnel and their families.
WE works toward an inclusive place for all women in the fields they have chosen from front line to management, including union and operations employees.
