A platform that provides opportunities to discover better ways to effectively communicate and embrace learning and engagement styles of various generations.

Interfaith

The Interfaith Business & Employee Resource Group exists to assist our Company in becoming a corporate leader in promoting inclusion, understanding and respect for all faiths, religions and spiritual beliefs. We strive to act in accordance with our beliefs to exhibit love and kindness for all human beings and the environment as well as promote open mindedness and acceptance of all faiths including those with no faith affiliation (atheist and agnostics). We help our leadership become aware of faith-based accommodations, like time off needs or dietary and other considerations.

The Interfaith BERG is open to all company employees, regardless of religious beliefs or practices. Currently, we have several faith and belief communities representing our Jewish, Christian, Catholic, Islamic, and Hindu employees, offering safe spaces of support for one another.


What We Do:

  • Host an annual Interfaith Festival to educate co-workers on the history, traditions and practices of various faiths
  • Host an annual Company-wide National Day of Prayer event to unity in the common practice of prayer
  • Provide dedicated spaces for prayer & meditation to support spiritual wellbeing
  • Conduct events for members and non-members to raise awareness about other faiths and spiritual beliefs, educate on spiritual wellness, and offer spiritual support
  • Engage in community outreach through philanthropic funding and volunteerism for faith-based organizations
