You May Automatically Get an Outage Credit if Your Power Outage Meets One of the Rules Below:

  • It was for more than 96 hours and 10% or more of our customers were without power
  • It was for more than 48 hours and less than 10% of our customers were without power
  • It was for more than 16 hours during a normal time
  • Six power outages happened within 12 months
