Custom Due Date

Custom Due Date helps make it easier to manage your account.

Check the list below to see if you can take part in Custom Due Date:

Are You Eligible?

  • You need to be an electric customer

  • You need to have a Smart Meter set up and working

  • If you’re in the Electric Customer Choice program you can’t take part in Custom Due Date

How it Works

All you have to do is choose a monthly due date that works best for you. Note: Dates are subject to availability. The date we read your meter and create your bill will change.

The first bill after you switch will reflect the new date.
This first bill may be higher or lower than normal because the number of days in the billing period will be different as you move to your new date. It can sometimes take two billing cycles to change.

You are able to change your due date twice in a 12-month period.
