Consumers Energy 2023 Solar and Wind VGP RFP
Consumers Energy Company (“Consumers Energy” or the “Company”) will seek competitive bids in response to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from participants in the MISO Energy Market in accordance with the Company’s expansion of the Voluntary Green Pricing (“VGP”) Program. Enel X Advisory Services North America, Inc. (“Enel X”) will administer the solicitation through its solicitation website on Consumers Energy's behalf in accordance with this forthcoming RFP. With this RFP, Consumers Energy will solicit proposals for solar and wind generation projects as will be described more fully in the draft RFP package which is accessible through the below link:

The Company has also now set a date and time for its virtual Pre-RFP Stakeholder Meeting of April 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM EPT. Pre-RFP Stakeholder Meeting registration details will be shared next week. In advance of the Pre-RFP Stakeholder Meeting, questions, comments, and other feedback or recommendations pertaining to this RFP or the proposal submittal process can be sent via email to Enel X by way of VGPRFP@enel.com.

Enel X North America, Inc. administers the solicitation through its solicitation website on Consumers Energy's behalf in accordance with this forthcoming RFP. With this RFP, Consumers Energy will solicit proposals for solar generation projects and PURPA qualifying facilities as described more fully in the RFP.
