Boots on the Ground to Restore Power

Update: February 12, 3:00 p.m. Working around the clock, our crews continue to restore power to customers who lost service in the latest round of extreme weather. We are assisted by crews from neighboring states who remain in Michigan after last week’s restoration efforts. We expect that most customers will have their service restored by late Wednesday. We continue to be grateful for your understanding during our state’s extreme weather conditions.

If you need assistance or help finding a warming shelter, please call 2-1-1.

Get updates and safety tips below. If you see a downed power line, please stay at least 25 feet away from it or anything it is touching, and keep children and pets away. Call 9-1-1 and Consumers Energy at 800-477-5050 to report them.
